We desperately understand and acknowledge the need to continue our clinical operations to serve our pet community. We ask, however, that all clients please appreciate the need to maintain and protect our staff’s and our client’s health as well as prevent the spread of any contagious disease. As such, our goal is to remain open as best we can with the following limitations, and please remember that we are a single doctor practice:
Please cancel or modify your appointment if:
a) You have a confirmed test (+) for COVID19 virus exposure;
b) You are self-reporting (+) exposure to a COVID19 patient or suspected patient;
c) You are exhibiting one or more of these five signs: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea or headache/body aches;
d) You have traveled in the last 14 days either internationally or to an area of the United States with a high incidence of COVID19.
If you are feeling ill and need to pick up your pet's food or prescription, PLEASE call ahead prior to confirm we have it, please pay over the telephone and we will have it ready for immediate departure when you arrive—if you cannot get through to us, please leave a message and/or feel free to send us an email and we can call you back—email either info@nokomispetclinic.com or frontnokomispet@gmail.com—PLEASE appreciate and understand that we are experiencing heavy call volume—we will get back to you.
