We desperately understand and acknowledge the need to continue our clinical operations to serve our pet community. We ask, however, that all clients please appreciate the need to maintain and protect our staff’s and our client’s health as well as prevent the spread of any contagious disease. As such, our goal is to remain open as best we can with the following limitations:
Please cancel or modify your appointment if:
a) You have a confirmed test (+) for COVID19 virus exposure;
b) You are self-reporting (+) exposure to a COVID19 patient or suspected patient;
c) You are exhibiting one or more of these five signs: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea or headache/body aches;
d) You have traveled in the last 14 days either internationally or to an area of the United States with a high incidence of COVID19.
If you need to pick up your pet's food or prescription, PLEASE call ahead prior to confirm we have it, please pay over the telephone and we will have it ready for immediate departure when you arrive—if you cannot get through to us, please leave a message and/or feel free to send us an email and we can call you back—email either info@nokomispetclinic.com or frontnokomispet@gmail.com—PLEASE appreciate and understand that we are experiencing heavy call volume—we will get back to you.
We are desperately trying to reduce staff exposure to keep all individuals safe – as such, OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED TO CLIENTS UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED. We are utilizing curbside/door side drops offs for ALL exams/visits and to pick up food or meds, while you wait (in your car or on the sidewalk). Payments can be made over the phone. Again—our lobby is closed— please call 612-767-4546 to let us know you are here and wait outside. Again, PLEASE appreciate and understand that we are experiencing heavy call volume.
Due to the previous restrictions placed on us and the fact that we are tremendously backlogged with routine and urgent care appointments, we are currently NOT scheduling nail trims and routine anal gland expressions—most groomers should be able to schedule these for you.
